Before working with you, I wasn’t very good at organizing documents and invoices. I used to print them out one by one, put them in plastic folders, and when it was time to submit the VAT declaration, I would manually enter them into Merit and then into the tax board’s system. After that, I tried using the Costpocket app to send expense documents directly to the accounting software, but it turned out that solution was too complicated for me as well.
So, I just gave up on those methods. And now, if you don’t mind, I might steal your idea of simply uploading everything to Drive. It’s so easy to search for old invoices there to check prices and other important details.
