Founder of assistent.ee | virtual assistant, delegation, SOPs
If you feel that too much in your company depends on you, it is not a question of character. It is a question of systems. I help you move the work out of your head and into a system, so that tasks, information and quality no longer run only through you, and the company can grow without burnout.
My focus is to help you build a company, not create yourself another job. If you want your business to work even when you are not doing everything yourself, let’s put that foundation in place.
Would you like your company to no longer depend only on you? Write to me and we will map out the next steps: info@assistent.ee

Anna-Liisa Lukas. Virtual assistant in Estonia since 2015.
I started as a virtual assistant in 2015 under assistent.ee (Assistent OÜ), making me the first virtual assistant in Estonia. A couple of years later I co-founded Virtuaalassistent OÜ, a VA bureau that provides virtual assistant services.
Today I help micro and small businesses create systems, SOPs and processes so that the business does not depend only on you.
Quick facts about me:
- Founder of Virtuaalassistent OÜ (assistent.ee)
- Virtual assistant services since 2015
- A team of 7 (most part-time)
- Accounting: Estonian professional qualification, level 5
- Property management: Estonian professional qualification, level 5

What you get from me:
I help you build your company so that it does not depend only on you. The foundation is 3P: your product or service, your processes and your people.
1) Product or service: your offer takes a clear shape
We define what exactly your product or service is and what you truly offer your clients. We create a standard that makes quality repeatable. That makes it easier for you to sell, and easier for others to do things “your way”.
2) Process: processes and SOPs that make quality repeatable
We write the work down so that the same things do not have to be explained over and over. There is one place for instructions and information. Tasks are no longer scattered across chat and email, and the work becomes truly delegable.
3) People: roles and responsibility, so you do not have to do everything yourself
We map the roles and responsibilities so that the company is not “one person and their workload”. If needed, my team helps you actually hand over the first tasks and get the work running.
If you want to build a company, not a job:
This is where many business owners get stuck: they are the best doer in their own business, and everything works, until everything depends on them.
What you get sorted first:
- One place for instructions and information, so the work is not scattered across chat and email.
- The first SOP or checklist done, so the same things do not have to be explained repeatedly.
- A clearer division of work and fewer interruptions, so you actually get time to lead.
I help you make the transition:
- I do it → the system does it
- in my head → written down and manageable
- by hand → delegable and repeatable
So that you can grow without having to clone yourself.
What makes me different?
- I have provided virtual assistant services continuously since 2015.
- I work with a team, not alone.
- Systems are not just nice talk. They are genuinely usable instructions and agreements that maintain quality.
- My style is practical and clear: we agree on the next steps and get them done.
Who is this for?
This is for you if:
- you do too much in your company yourself and everything runs through you;
- you feel that information is scattered (chat, email, Drive) and instructions keep repeating;
- you want to grow the business, but not your working hours;
- you want order, routines and a system that works even when you are on holiday;
- you want to build a company, not a new job for yourself.
It is not a good fit if you are simply looking for “cheap helping hands” but do not want to clarify the tasks or improve how the work is organised.
How does the cooperation start?
- You write briefly what your biggest bottleneck is and where you need help the most.
- I propose where to start so that the result comes quickly and is repeatable.
- We agree on the way of working and the first SOP or process to move forward with.
FAQ
When did you start providing virtual assistant services in Estonia?
I started in 2015 under assistent.ee. Assistent OÜ was registered in the Estonian e-Business Register on 07.07.2015 and Virtuaalassistent OÜ was registered in 2018.
Do you work alone or do you have a team?
I have a team of 7. That means we can divide the work and the roles sensibly and maintain consistent quality.
Do you only help “get things done” or also with systems?
Both. Good cooperation means we get things done and at the same time write the work down, so that next time it is easier and faster to delegate.
How is quality maintained when someone else does the work?
Quality is secured by a clear standard: SOPs, checklists and an agreed “single source of truth” where the information actually lives.
What is the most sensible first step in delegating?
Start with one recurring task that takes your time or causes stress every week. We turn it into one clear instruction and hand it over.
What is an SOP and why does it help with delegating?
An SOP is a work instruction that makes quality repeatable and reduces questions. It is the foundation of delegation.
What is the first thing you do when the cooperation starts?
We pick one recurring task, write it down and hand it over. Then we move on to the next step.
