If you have more documents or employees in some month, it’s 3 € per extra document and 10 € per extra employee, no need to change packages. Consulting 75 €/h, clean-up of earlier periods 45 €/h, virtual assistant services for accounting clients 35 €/h. VAT is added to the prices.
How does it work?
Fill in the form
About 10 minutes. We ask for your company details, your details and a few questions the law requires accountants to ask. Right after you send it, the agreement and the customer due diligence questionnaire arrive in your inbox.
Sign
Take a calm look at the documents and sign them with an Estonian ID card (e-Residency card works too), Mobile-ID or Smart-ID. The documents are in Estonian with an English translation at the end. If anything needs changing, just reply to the email and we’ll sort it out together.
Give access
You’ll get a short guide: a Drive folder for documents, accountant authorisation in the e-Tax Board and view access to your bank. From then on, the accounting is our job.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a document?
Every purchase invoice, sales invoice, receipt or other document behind a bank transaction counts as one document. Bank statements and payroll are not counted.
What if I have more documents in some month?
Nothing bad happens. Above the package limit it’s 3 € per document. If it keeps happening, we’ll suggest a better-fitting package and switch from the next month.
Can I change packages?
Yes, at any time from the next month. Just write to us or reply to any of our emails.
Is the annual report included?
For regular clients the annual report costs one monthly fee, no more. If you join us mid-year and earlier bookkeeping needs cleaning up, we do it at 45 €/h and tell you the scope in advance.
What is the customer due diligence questionnaire and why do you ask for it?
The Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act requires every accountant to know their client: who the owners and board members are and whether any of them is a politically exposed person. The form includes these questions and the questionnaire is prepared automatically, you just sign it together with the agreement. We only use personal identification and registry codes to prepare the agreement and the questionnaire.
Why are the documents in Estonian?
Our agreement and questionnaire are drawn up in Estonian, with an English translation added at the end for your convenience. The translation is for information only, the Estonian text is the binding version. All our emails and communication with you are in English.
Where do I send my documents?
Your company gets its own Drive folder. Put invoices and receipts there as soon as you get them, a photo of a receipt taken with your phone works too. Please have the previous month’s documents in the folder by the 5th of each month, so we can submit the returns on time.
Do you do anything besides accounting?
Yes. The same team helps with emails, websites, social media and admin, all from one place. For accounting clients, virtual assistant services are 35 €/h instead of the usual 45 €/h.
