I am Anna-Liisa Lukas, the founder of assistent.ee. For years I have worked with entrepreneurs who have strong content and skills, but whose business leans too much on their own time and presence.
My focus is not motivation, nor pushing you to try harder. My focus is systems, roles and clarity that help your company grow without you burning out.

What does the mentorship look like?
The mentorship takes place 1:1.

🔹practical assignments between the meetings
🔹SOPs, structures and tools where needed
🔹support and reflection when making decisions
This is not a lecture or a course. It is a cooperation.
Bear in mind that the mentorship expects your time and presence. If you are not ready to regularly make decisions and carry them out, it will not work.

I have been building a virtual assistant service since 2015. I have seen from very close up what happens to a company when:

That is why we start the mentorship with a 1-month introductory period.
The introductory period
The goal of the introductory month is simple: we both find out whether the cooperation fits and whether it genuinely benefits your company.
During this month:

🔹we bring focus and agree on the next sensible steps
🔹we start making the systems and roles clearer
🔹you see for real how I work and how I think
This is not a “trial” or a free meeting, but the start of real cooperation. It is real mentorship, simply with a shorter, clear beginning.
It is an investment in clarity and systems that stay in your company even after our cooperation ends!

Duration: 1 month
Continuing the cooperation
If after the first month it feels that:
🔹the cooperation works
🔹your thinking is getting clearer
🔹the company is starting to serve you more, not the other way round
🔹you still need support
then we can continue.
From there, there are two options, depending on your needs:
🔹a longer cooperation (3 or 6 months) if we want to truly build the systems
🔹continuing month by month if you need ongoing support and a thinking partner
Nothing is mandatory. We continue only if it makes sense for both sides.
This is not a course. This is not consulting. This is a cooperation where we put your company to work.
What does it expect from you?
The mentorship works only if:

I provide the structure, the clarity and the next steps. You make the decisions and apply them.
